Mission of Quality education to all children/adults was disseminated through Kites at the onset of Uttarayan (festival of Gujarat). This was done for larger spread of educational-information & public awareness wd joy. Digging deeper to reach out villages & improve their literacy rate. The glimpses are from Kanbha village.
